Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Relationship Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and the Relationship Sales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of products or services that meet those needs. They work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will work on both Australian and Sri Lankan work.
Key Responsibilities of Relationship Sales Manager:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and goals.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Provide product or service information to clients and help them make informed decisions.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and upsell products or services when appropriate.
Requirements
- Should have prior experience working with US, UK or AU markets
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
