How it works
Two phases. No guessing.
Phase 1 plans and documents the product. Phase 2 builds it. You can stop after either one, and you own everything either way.
Phase 1
The Blueprint
Plan and document. No build yet.
$300 / month
locked
Phase 2
The Build
Built to the documentation, in order.
$1,000 / month
Both phases branch the same way
Stop here
You have everything you need to build it yourself.

I deliver it for you, to the same locked plan.
You own everything either way.
Phase 1
The Blueprint

What you walk away with
Complete documentation we need to start building. Without the right structured documentation, most founders build with AI and drift. We don't do that.
You can stop here. If you want to build it yourself, you have everything you need. If you want me to build it, we move to Phase 2.
Phase 2
The Build
$1,000 / month. 1-2 months for most builds.
This is where the product gets built. Not before. This is why Phase 1 matters. We plan first, lock the documentation, and then build with intention.
By the time we reach Phase 2, the blueprint is done. There is no guessing. No scope creep. No “let's figure it out as we go.” We build exactly what was mapped, in the order we agreed.
What I deliver
Four surfaces, built on one foundation.
Product
UI, UX, frontend, backend, integrations. The thing your customer actually touches.
Commerce
Billing and checkout, wired and tested, so the product can take money safely.
Growth
Marketing pages, landing copy, SEO, and the onboarding flow for your first users.
Business
Investor deck, narrative, and data room, ready when you go out to raise.
On top of one foundation: multi-tenant or single-tenant architecture, chosen once.
Everything included
Timeline
Based on the scale of the product, not on how fast I can type. Small and medium builds are covered by the monthly rate. Anything larger is scoped and quoted after Phase 1, when the size is actually known.
Small product
1 month
MVP, single user type, minimal integrations
Medium product
2 months
Multi-tenant, billing, onboarding flows, multiple user roles
Large product
Quoted separately
Multi-tenant SaaS, complex integrations, admin dashboards, reporting, and scaling infrastructure
The timeline is based on the scale of the product, not on how fast I can type. It is based on how long it takes to build something stable, tested, and ready for real users.
Everything is built on my own stack.
My tools, my subscriptions, and my AI credits are my cost, not yours. You pay only your own production infrastructure: your server, your domain, and any filing fees. Nothing of mine is marked up, and nothing here locks you into a platform.
Why founders start with Phase 1
Most founders want to jump straight into the build. I understand. But building without a blueprint is how products drift. You build the wrong feature, or you build the right feature in the wrong order, or you spend weeks on something that should have taken days.
Phase 1 gives you confidence that we know exactly what we're building before we build it. It's the traditional approach. Plan first, lock the documentation, then execute.
You can stop after Phase 1 and build it yourself. Or you can continue to Phase 2 and I'll deliver it for you. Either way, you own everything.
Start with the plan.
Fifteen minutes to see where you are and what the blueprint would cover. Idea stage is fine.
